  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix sliced strawberries with brown sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes to release juices.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in melted butter until mixture resembles wet sand.
  4. Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer with the strawberry filling and top with remaining crumble mixture.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown on top. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
