  • 1 head red romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 pint strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup tomato-basil feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the red romaine lettuce and mixed greens.
  2. Slice the strawberries and set aside some whole strawberries for garnish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, mixed greens, sliced strawberries, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped pecans. Toss gently.
  4. For the dressing, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, dried basil, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to coat.
  6. Garnish with whole strawberries and additional pecans if desired.
