¾ cup Sugar
½ cup Milk
½ cup Oil
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 ½ cups Diced strawberries
2 Tablespoons All-purpose flour
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Toss diced strawberries in 2 tablespoons of flour before folding them into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55–60 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool for about 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
