  • 5 tbsp milk
  • ⅓ cup Christmas sprinkles (jimmies)
  • 32 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • ⅔ cup cane sugar
  • ¾ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt, room temperature
  • ½ cup heavy cream, room temperature
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • of the prepared cookie dough balls
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a springform pan.
  2. Create the sugar cookie crust by mixing flour, baking soda, salt, butter, and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla, then fold in sprinkles before pressing into the pan.
  3. Bake for 10–12 minutes and let cool completely.
  4. Prepare cookie dough balls by creaming butter and sugar, then mixing in flour and sprinkles before chilling.
  5. Make cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese with sugar, then adding sour cream, heavy cream, eggs, and folding in cookie dough bites.
  6. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake in a water bath for 60–70 minutes.
  7. Cool gradually, then chill overnight.
  8. For ganache, heat heavy cream and pour over white chocolate chips until smooth; drizzle over cheesecake before serving.
